Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain an inventory of approved interfaces, system ownership, data flows, and authentication methods.
- Engineer integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and supported integration services.
- Troubleshoot integration performance and data transfer exceptions with platform and application teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; 5+ years of enterprise systems integration or software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, scripting, and authentication.
- Ability to document architectures and work within controlled production change processes.
