Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical accounts for quick problem resolution.
- Analyze equipment performance and provide customer support.
- Complete administrative tasks and manage parts.
Required Skills/Education:
- 5+ years of field service experience.
- Working knowledge of electronics and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Requires a valid state driver's license.
- Must be able to do extensive traveling.
- Weekend work and overtime required as needed.
