Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop and drive the development of the Total Rewards strategy to enable both short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Establish health and welfare benefit strategy and lead the execution of these benefit programs to drive desired business outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment on the compensation strategy and direct the execution and communication of compensation plans/policies.

Compensation Initiatives:

  • Lead all compensation initiatives, including the strategy and execution of salary surveys and compensation analysis.
  • Partner with Finance related to equity compensation strategy and plans.
  • Work in partnership with external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit arenas.

HR Transformation:

  • Participate, lead, and drive HR transformational initiatives and strategic projects for those within the team’s scope of responsibility.
  • Assess existing HR processes and procedures; develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR functions.
