You’ll quickly establish yourself as a key contributor within 6 months. You’ll need to know things to maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.
As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion among our largest customers by building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring Prompt delivers exceptional customer value and increased product adoption. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to support the overall growth and success of your assigned accounts. You will guide clients from onboarding to renewal and ensure they receive a world-class experience.
