- Partner with leadership to build and scale the BVA service, translating priorities into operational plans.
- Develop processes, workflows, and SOPs to create a consistent and scalable operation.
- Identify automation opportunities and simplify processes for growth.
Drive Operational Excellence:
- Establish expectations and measures for quality, productivity, and service levels.
- Build reporting and operating cadences for leadership visibility.
- Use data to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and measure impact.
Partner with AI Engineering:
- Build a strong partnership with AI Engineering to develop tools and automation.
- Translate operational problems into clear use cases and requirements.
- Lead implementation of new tools and monitor performance.
Build the Customer Experience:
- Define and build the BVA customer experience from onboarding through service delivery.
- Develop structured onboarding processes and strong partnerships.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
