Staffing Strategy & Workforce Management:
- Own the multi-year Member Care staffing strategy across channels, roles, and staffing type.
- Lead workforce management including capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
- Evolve the staffing model with segment-based role design and AI-forward approaches.
Vendor Management:
- Own the vendor strategy, including partner selection, performance standards, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee BPO relationships, ensuring training and enablement align with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance on contracting and commercial terms.
AI Enablement, Productivity, & Tooling:
- Centralize the AI enablement roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and expected impact.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to scale AI and automation across workflows.
- Modernize productivity measurement to reflect complex, AI-augmented service delivery.
