Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI-Enabled Workflow Redesign by mapping current-state workflows and redesigning them to determine what should be automated, AI-assisted, or human-owned.
  • Translate Business Problems into AI-Enabled Solutions by serving as a translator between business teams and technical partners.
  • Operationalize AI Cross-Functionally by building repeatable patterns and playbooks for moving from idea to build to adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in business transformation, operations, strategy, or related roles with demonstrated experience redesigning workflows.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational work to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams and leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
