What We're Looking For:

10+ years of HRBP experience in fast-changing environments, supporting Commercial, Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams.
Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve HRBP efficiency and insight.
