Role Overview:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive and senior leaders across Commercial, Corporate Strategy & Ops, and Finance.
  • Act as an organization architect by leading role clarity, team design, and operating model evolution.

Your Impact:

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of HRBP experience in fast-changing environments, supporting Commercial, Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve HRBP efficiency and insight.
