About the Role:
- You will lead the AI use case lifecycle from intake to production, reporting to the CHRO.
- You will partner with functional directors to identify high-potential AI integration areas.
- Your success is measured by tangible operational results by Q3.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the use case pipeline, triaging requests and maintaining a prioritized queue.
- Conduct workflow assessments and design solutions using off-the-shelf or custom tools.
- Govern the AI tool stack and track spend per team with cost-per-outcome metrics.
The Right Fit:
- 7+ years in program management, business operations, or automation delivery.
- Hands-on fluency with AI stack including prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
- Proven track record of producing outcomes framed in time saved or cost reduced.
