This role offers an unprecedented opportunity to impact our industry-leading Success Team, integrating with the enterprise billing success team to master the Prompt billing/reporting suite. You will troubleshoot billing module issues, identify billing trends, enhance the knowledge base, collaborate with engineers on bug tickets, and communicate feature releases. Responsibilities also include responding to inquiries, supporting the help desk, improving customer experience, prioritizing billing tickets, sharing user feedback, and supporting Enterprise Billing Success Managers.
