Job Description

Culligan Quench is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Indirect Division. You’ll be responsible for expanding our dealer network and fueling growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with dealers not yet partnered with us. You'll also help identify strong potential acquisition targets, working closely with our M&A team to support strategic expansion. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with independent dealers, recruiting new dealers to represent and sell products, evaluating potential acquisition targets, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, and tracking outreach and engagement efforts in CRM. The candidate needs 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel development—ideally in a distribution or B2B environment and proven success in building and managing business relationships that drive growth.
