Director of Payor Partnerships

As Director of Payor Partnerships, you will lead end-to-end payor contracting efforts, including strategy development, negotiation, and execution of new and existing agreements across national and regional markets. Focus on building and deepening relationships with payor decision-makers, positioning SonderMind as a high-performing, data-driven behavioral health partner. This role involves developing and executing partner enablement strategies, overseeing RFPs/proposals, and managing the creation of onboarding guides. You will manage cross-functional project teams to operationalize payor contracts, resolve implementation issues, and ensure alignment with clinical and financial goals. Represent SonderMind at industry forums and leverage data analytics to articulate SonderMind’s value proposition and support contract performance improvement. Additionally, design, monitor, and interpret payor contracting KPIs and mentor team members, cultivating a high-performance culture within the payor relations team.
