Drive an ambitious strategy to scale Redcare’s third-party marketplace across selected markets, strengthening its role as a key growth pillar. As part of a fast-growing and publicly listed company, the marketplace is already contributing meaningfully to our commercial performance—and its role in driving profitability and strategic growth is set to become even more central. You will own the marketplace strategy, operational model, and commercial success. With full P&L responsibility and a team of 52 colleagues (including 6 direct reports), you'll oversee such areas as Marketplace, Business Development, and Customer Success. Your goal will be to turn today’s early-stage setup into a high-performing platform business: seller-centric, tech-enabled, operationally excellent, and deeply embedded in our wider healthcare offering. Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Redcare’s marketplace, ensuring it evolves into a scalable engine aligned with overall company ambitions. Professionalize seller management at scale including seller lifecycle management, scalable service infrastructure, setting frameworks for seller segmentation, incentives, and performance tracking. Actively lead and develop a high-potential international team, raising the professional bar and building the next generation of platform experts.
