- Own end-to-end legal support for enterprise and mid-market deals, acting as a senior advisor, deal closer, and escalation point for pre- and post-Sales teams

About you:
- Admitted and in good standing in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction, with a background that includes law firm training and meaningful in-house experience supporting revenue-generating teams
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience with deep exposure to fast-scaling cloud businesses where speed, judgment, and pragmatism matter as much as (if not more than) technical legal precision
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating high-touch commercial agreements in complex, multi-jurisdictional B2B SaaS/PaaS environments
