- Able to contribute outside of core areas of expertise.

- J.D. from a top school and bar member in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3-7 years experience, likely in Big Law and ideally with in-house experience.
- Intrinsic motivation to perform at a high level and to win.
