What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies.
- Work closely with Sales to structure and close deals, balancing legal risk with business needs.
- Advise on data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance issues relevant to AI, SaaS, and enterprise software.
About You:
- JD degree and an active license to practice law in the US.
- 6+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house (fast-growing SaaS/enterprise software experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of SaaS, AI/ML, data privacy, and related regulatory frameworks.
