Responsibilities:
- Design and own the partner systems orchestration layer.
- Translate partner program requirements into system logic.
- Design automation with clear guardrails.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, automation, technical operations, RevOps, or data engineering roles within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience integrating multiple systems with overlapping or conflicting data ownership
- Inclination towards systems thinking, including lifecycle state modeling, eligibility logic, and auditability
About You:
- Comfortable operating in high-stakes domains where errors can impact partners, revenue, or compliance
- Can clearly explain system behavior, constraints, and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
- Have experience supporting partner programs, marketplaces, or ecosystem-based business models
