You will be central to developing and enhancing our learning solutions and program models, focusing on creating effective, industry-aligned curricula and program frameworks that drive learner success and scalability.

In this pivotal leadership role within Merit America, you will collaborate with leaders to strategically manage and grow relationships with new and existing funding partners, ensuring their support for our mission. You will steward partnerships, secure new commitments, and play an integral role in meeting fundraising goals, while managing donor relationships, growing the development pipeline, and advancing team priorities through cross-functional collaboration.

The Financial Controller will ensure the financial integrity and operational excellence of Merit America's accounting functions by leading accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, maintaining a robust system of internal controls and compliance, and serving as the expert on financial risk and the safeguarding of company assets.

The primary mission of the Director of Inclusive Excellence is to ensure that Merit America is equitable in how we work and serve learners. You’ll drive our Inclusive Excellence strategy forward by embedding equitable practices for both staff and learners, promoting inclusion, and building systems that make this work everyone’s job.
