Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

• Own initiatives from discovery through execution, framing problems and shipping with teams.
• Reduce time from insight to user outcome using AI for research and prototyping.
• Partner with design peers for brainstorming and critiques, and evolve design systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead design with a high bar for craft, shaped by research and UX metrics.
• Create journey maps and service blueprints for end-to-end user experiences.
• Use storytelling to drive compelling experience visions connecting user outcomes with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong core UX design skills and ability to own end-to-end design.
• Real fluency with AI tools for prototyping, research, and faster iterations.
• Experience in behavioral health, absence management, or regulated industries preferred.
