Senior Product Designer

What you'll do:

• Own design for core features end to end across worker and facility apps, from research and problem definition through specs and launch.
• Partner with PMs on planning and prioritization, using user needs and business context to decide what gets built and when.
• Integrate AI throughout your process, from synthesizing research to building working prototypes.

Skills you’ll need:

• 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of shipped work showing strong visual and interaction craft.
• Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
• Credibility with engineering and product partners, built on clear communication and the ability to explain design rationale.

Nice to have:

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or products where both sides of a transaction depend on each other.
• Experience designing for healthcare, operations-heavy, or other high-stakes real-world domains.
