Overview:
- Retain and grow a complex book of US Public Sector accounts.
- Own the renewal process, reduce renewal risk, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and distributor and channel partners.
What you’ll do:
- Manage renewal quotes, order forms, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce.
- Assess adoption signals and usage trends to identify renewal risk.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience owning renewals or account management motions for SaaS accounts.
- Familiarity with the US Public Sector, including buying processes and contracting vehicles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent opportunities and deadlines.
