Overview:
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing leadership and help shape how we measure and improve marketing performance.
- You'll take ownership of high-impact analytical work across attribution, inbound funnel analysis, target setting, and campaign measurement.
- Partner cross-functionally to support important business decisions.
What you'll do:
- Providing data-driven insights that inform marketing strategy, product development, and go-to-market decisions.
- Measure the impact of community programs, developer advocacy, and evangelism efforts on awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
- Help evolve GitLab's multi-touch attribution approach.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a data analyst or analytics engineer role in B2B software marketing analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hand-on experience with dbt for data transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
