Senior Product Manager, Hosted Runners

An overview of this role:

• As a Senior Product Manager, Hosted Runners, you will shape a core part of how GitLab users run continuous integration and continuous delivery workloads.
• You will help drive a top roadmap priority, contribute to progress toward general availability and beyond for dedicated use cases, and contribute to product strategy, pricing and packaging, and service delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Guide product strategy and roadmap definition for Hosted Runners as a SaaS platform offering for GitLab.com and GitLab Dedicated, aligning delivery to roadmap milestones and increasing adoption against defined product goals.
• Define product requirements for how runners execute pipeline jobs across customer workloads, with attention to compute, containers, and related infrastructure needs, improving reliability, scalability, and adoption across supported use cases.
• Shape pricing and packaging in collaboration with cross-functional partners, helping connect product direction to business value and support revenue growth objectives.
