Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team with deep platform expertise in Git and Gitaly.
- Own production reliability and drive incident management across all deployment models.
- Partner with teams to keep operational practices coherent and scalable.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GitLab's product and deployment models.
- Hands-on subject matter expertise in Git internals, including protocol and storage layer under load.
- Experience running production infrastructure across self-managed, dedicated, and multi-tenant SaaS.
