About the Role:
- Lead a team of product engineers building the core developer experience of the Render platform.
- Blend strong technical leadership with product thinking to translate user needs into scalable systems.
- Guide technical direction, develop engineers, and ship meaningful improvements quickly.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and grow a team of product engineers through mentorship and clear guidance.
- Drive execution on key product initiatives from ideation to launch with high standards.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years as an engineer shipping products with downstream impact.
- 4+ years managing and developing engineers, including hiring and mentorship.
- Strong technical background in system design and architecture.
