We're looking for an Engineering Manager who's keen on fostering student engagement through our education partner network. This role centers around crafting tools that assist career service users in guiding students to meaningful careers and opportunities. As an engineering manager in the developer experience group, you will support engineering for one or two product development teams. One of the most exciting aspects of this role is you get to lead projects that are directly focused on improving the lives of software engineers exactly like the engineers you will be managing.
Work with engineers on key technical decisions, break ties, and escalate short-term decisions that may have long-term impacts on the product and user experience. Maintain alignment between product and engineering and coordinate multiple work streams across the platform, application, and integration teams with a focus on achieving high-quality, on-time deliverables.
