About the Role:
- We're seeking an engineering leader to drive the Agentic Marketing Platform, enabling marketers to run programs end-to-end.
- You'll be both a technical voice and a people manager with significant impact.
Key Outcomes:
- Own product development, roadmapping, and delivery of significant features.
- Improve execution pace and reliability under high growth.
- Lead recruiting and people development.
Problems We're Solving:
- Content generation, context management, insights, and orchestration.
- Combining foundation models with rich customer context and human review.
- Integrating with ad and lifecycle platforms for reliable campaign delivery.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $220,000-$400,000 USD per year.
