About the role:
- We are looking for an engineering leader to lead machine learning efforts across Hightouch.
- Hundreds of companies use Hightouch today, and adding ML can provide a step function impact for our customers.
Key outcomes:
- Lead product development, improve pace, recruiting, reliability, and people growth.
- Serve as both an active technical voice and strong people manager.
Problems we'll work on:
- Personalization and product recommendation to help companies message users with relevant content.
- Probabilistic identity resolution to stitch datasets together.
- Content generation using LLMs and ML infrastructure for scale.
What we offer:
- Salary range $230,000 - $400,000 USD per year, location independent.
- Meaningful equity compensation.
