About the Role:
- Own the AI Platform core, including LLM gateway, agent framework, prompt libraries, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Lead developer experience and the Velocity program, managing coding agents and autonomy frameworks.
- Oversee product operations rebuilt as software, automation engineering, and AI data infrastructure.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years in software or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading teams and 8+ years building shared platforms.
- Hands on expertise with LLMs, agents, orchestration, and evaluation in production.
- Proven ability to architect and ship core services and hire senior talent.
Success in the First Six Months:
- Core rails live and adopted: LLM gateway, agent framework, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Velocity program has measured baseline with automated weekly scorecards.
- Path to autonomy open with coverage gates in first pods, cost controls, and security posture established.
Compensation:
- Base pay range $336,000 - $400,000 USD with equity and potential bonus.
