About the Role:
- We are seeking a strategic leader for our technology roadmap, reporting to the VP of Solutions.
- You will manage our Salesforce Administrator and Junior Product Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and delivery, including the Fellow Portal and AI tools.
- Manage our tech stack, vendors, cybersecurity, and data.
- Collaborate across teams to align technology with our mission.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years in product/tech, with 3+ years managing technical staff.
- Salesforce, Agile, API, and data security expertise required.
