About the Role:
- This role leads product strategy across Developer Experience, AI security, and AI for Security.
- It reports to the VP of Developer & AI Engineering and spans standards adoption and developer engagement.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years leading senior PMs or portfolios.
- Experience with platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products, plus strong AI and security knowledge.
What you can expect:
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for secure interactions with 1Password.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers across complex technical domains.
- Establish operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and outcome-oriented metrics.
