Staff Engineer - Telematics

About the role:

• Hands-on Staff Software Engineer helping turn Telematics products into major businesses.
• Work directly with customers to understand operations, test ideas, and build solutions they choose to use.
• Technical leadership role with substantial hands-on engineering and product decisions.

What you will do:

• Work with customers and customer-facing teams to identify unmet needs and test assumptions.
• Lead ambiguous initiatives from discovery through production rollout and iteration.
• Write and ship code, set technical direction, and own production quality.

• Track record of shipping customer-facing products and growing them beyond initial launch.
• Strong product judgement and deep hands-on software engineering ability.
• Experience scaling products and leading across team boundaries without formal authority.
