Engineering Manager, CloudOps Infrastructure

About the Role:

• Manage a scrum team of 4-6 engineers responsible for Jamloop's high-volume, low-latency bidder systems.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure processing over 1 billion requests per hour with millions in cloud spend.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution tracking while contributing to the codebase.
• Drive improvements in observability, incident response, deployment safety, and operational readiness.
• Participate in production support and incident management with team coverage.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps, with 1+ year leading engineers.
• Strong AWS experience with high-scale distributed systems and production operations.
• Preferred experience in ad tech, real-time bidding, Golang, Rust, Terraform, and CI/CD.
