Head of People

As Boulder Care’s Head of People, you’ll shape the future of our team and culture at one of the most mission-driven healthcare startups in the country. The company is building a workplace that reflects the same care, dignity, and equity they offer to patients. Reporting to Boulder’s founder and CEO, you’ll partner closely with the senior leadership team to design and scale people programs that enable performance, growth, and belonging. Strategy & Leadership includes serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and SLT, building relationships with leaders, leading the People team, and building core programs that support growth and improve the employee experience. Organizational Development includes demonstrating understanding of Boulder’s culture, driving high levels of employee engagement, owning performance management programs, and building resources to develop people managers and employees. Recruiting & Workforce Planning involves leading organizational design, forecasting planning, and overseeing talent acquisition. Total Rewards tasks includes creating compensation frameworks and delivering a compelling benefits package.
