Champion culture, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging insights to implement initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and belonging across all levels.
Lead the resolution of high-stakes employee relations matters with discretion, balancing risk, legal frameworks and cultural impact. Drive strategic HR programs with measurable impact, including performance enablement, compensation strategy, talent planning, and organizational development. Partner cross-functionally to assess and evolve organizational structures and capabilities that align with current and future business needs and guide teams through change.
