Job Description

This role will oversee the daily HR activities and manage internal HR systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, as well as support the continuous improvement of HR initiatives in all locations of hiring. As the HR Operations Manager, you will manage HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. You will also oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and company standards. You will also develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures. The role will drive continuous improvements and ensure a seamless employee experience.
