Play a vital role in supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday System. Process staffing transactions in Workday and work closely with the Workday and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient functioning of Workday modules and processes. Provide end-user support by troubleshooting system-related queries and issues via JIRA. Conduct thorough data quality checks and audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
