As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will play a dual role — leading the end-to-end delivery of complex implementation projects for enterprise customers while also coaching and supporting a regional team of Implementation Consultants. You’ll provide technical and strategic guidance, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex Payroll projects for Deputy’s largest enterprise customers. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing best practices and identifying areas of opportunity. Mentor and support junior team members to build overall team capability. Validate customer requirements through technical workshops. Define and communicate project plans and collaborate with Solutions Architects to design custom solutions.

Serve as a key advisor and coach to leaders and people managers within our GTM (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) teams across the AMER and UK regions. Be instrumental in implementing core People programs, guiding performance and engagement initiatives, and helping shape the overall employee experience. Play a critical leadership role in driving execution of people strategies, partnering cross-functionally to build a high care, high-performance, inclusive, and people-first culture.

You will have true end-to-end ownership of the product. The Product Manager is the CEO of their product and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and feature definition, and for engaging and communicating with the organisation and customers about the product, product roadmap and vision. Balance customer (UX), engineering (tech) and commercial requirements at time competing priorities. Be the central point where all the insights (sales, customer, tech) come together and are translated into a product strategy and feature roadmap. Lead a strong dedicated development squad to achieve success at new levels

As a Technical Lead (Back End), you will lead the build of key technical projects that further the company's products and platforms. You will drive quality outcomes for our customers by combining strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify problems, research and tackle complex challenges, and lead the solution design and development of key projects that advance our mission and align with our broader engineering goals.

You will drive both the vision and execution of the Deputy API platform and our Integration Marketplace. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategic partnerships to help create seamless experiences between Deputy and the HRIS, Payroll, Point-of-Sale and ISV platforms that our customers rely on every single day. You will combine technical acumen and strategic thinking with strong execution skills to help us accelerate growth and drive new partnerships for the Deputy platform.
