Deputy

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Lead People Generalist to join our People team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This critical hybrid role combines the essential daily functions of a traditional HR Generalist with the strategic design and management of high-impact organisational programs. You will drive fairness, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

The Product Manager (Integrations) will lead the development and growth of our integration ecosystem — connecting Deputy to payroll, HR, POS, and other partner systems that power our customers’ operations. You’ll define strategy, drive execution across multiple teams, and ensure our integrations deliver seamless, reliable data flows between Deputy and external systems.
