We are seeking a proactive and versatile Lead People Generalist to join our People team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This critical hybrid role combines the essential daily functions of a traditional HR Generalist with the strategic design and management of high-impact organisational programs. A key distinction of this role is the mandate to identify, implement, and optimise technologyβspecifically AI and automation tools βto streamline core HR processes, enhance employee experience, and free our People team for more strategic initiatives.
You will serve as both a hands-on employee partner and a dedicated program leader, driving fairness, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
