- Lead building ShipBob's People Technology & Analytics function from the ground up.
- Own the HR technology roadmap, systems architecture, and people analytics strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in HR tech, HRIS, and people analytics with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience with multiple HCM platforms and a strong point of view on AI in HR.
