About the Role:
- Experienced People leader to own the people roadmap and manage People Ops and HRBP teams.
- Strategic and operational role covering the full employee lifecycle in a remote-first AI company.
What You'll Own:
- Manage the People Ops Manager and HRBP team, set priorities, develop capability, hold the bar.
- Oversee performance, talent development, compliance, and employee experience; escalate complex ER issues.
What We're Looking For:
- 8–12 years in People/HR with HRBP management experience and broad functional depth.
- Active AI tool user with strong judgment, direct communication, and a record of building teams.
