About the Role:
- Be the connective tissue of the People team, ensuring major programs actually land.
- Bring the rigor of a great operator and the instincts of a strategist to reimagine HR in an AI-first world.
What You Will Do:
- Own the performance and pay cycle end-to-end, partner with Analytics on People data, and assist with AI transformation initiatives.
- Diagnose cross-functional people team pain points and build processes to address them.
- Build rewards and recognition programming for AI Transformation across the business.
Must Haves:
- 5–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Strong working knowledge of performance management and compensation cycle execution.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $103,300 – $148,500 USD.
- This role is also eligible for equity, annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
