Position Summary:
- Leads the delivery of Development's highest-priority AI and operational transformation initiatives.
- Partners with IT, Development, and the AI Steering Committee to prioritize and execute the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns end-to-end delivery accountability, including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
- Drives value realization by defining success metrics and tracking outcomes.
- Ensures compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data governance requirements.
