Position Summary:
- You will serve as the Development authority on AI workflow transformation, re-engineering processes to embed AI solutions.
- Reporting to the Senior Director, you will partner with IT to ensure scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Map current-state workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.
- Redesign processes to optimize efficiency and quality, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Support testing, validation, and change enablement to drive adoption across Development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, with 10+ years in biopharma drug development.
- Deep expertise in workflow analysis, process redesign, and AI/automation fluency.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory compliance.
