Open Positions

  • Shape and advance the enterprise training strategy and multi-year roadmap for medical and scientific capability building across the Global Development Organization.
  • Partner with senior and executive leaders to translate organizational priorities into scalable, measurable training programs that strengthen role readiness and scientific excellence.
  • Provide strategic oversight of learning architecture, certification frameworks, and training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs strategy and adult learning principles.

  • Lead a team of UltraCare Liaisons to drive launch and commercialization of the neurology portfolio in the Great Lakes region.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies, coaching field teams to achieve performance objectives and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other stakeholders to optimize patient access and business outcomes.

  • Develop and execute the Japan Medical Plan in close collaboration with the Executive Medical Director and global teams.
  • Partner with the local Field Medical team to enhance KOL engagement, identify speakers, and support clinical trial enrollment.
  • Provide balanced scientific and medical information through presentations, advisory boards, and feedback to internal stakeholders.
