Directs, develops, organizes, and implements the ovarian cancer (OCa)HEOR strategy with concurrence of functional management to allow the development of each asset to proceed expeditiously and smoothly toward registration, PR&A and market launch in compliance with national and international governmental regulations for various asset programs. HSOL reports to Senior Director, Solid Tumor Oncology HEOR Strategy Team Lead and may have 1-4 direct reports.

Leads key partnerships with academic institutions and network groups in guideline-enabling clinical trials supporting Signatera reimbursement and clinical adoption. This individual will leverage their scientific background in oncology alongside comprehensive commercial awareness of the precision oncology landscape and business acumen to bring MRD testing to oncology patients.
