What You'll Do:
- Coordinate AI Governance Committee agendas, maintain program records, and operate the AI intake process.
- Support AI portfolio visibility, pilot coordination, and change management across the firm.
- Track metrics, prepare leadership reporting, and help employees use AI responsibly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in program management, technology operations, or governance, ideally with AI exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across decentralized teams.
- Excellent communication skills and experience translating policy into practical guidance.
