Associate Director of Strategic Programs

Value Creation & Strategic Projects Leadership:

• Partner with business leaders to scope and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Establish program governance and operating cadence, including steering committee structure and escalation paths.
• Build clear roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and dashboards that translate strategy into measurable execution.

AI Transformation & Adoption:

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand workflows and recommend AI solutions.
• Support coordination and execution of AI initiatives across business units.
• Capture and promote AI best practices through presentations and training materials.

Strategic Initiatives & Transformation:

• Lead 0-to-1 builds and scaling initiatives end-to-end, including new lines of business and operating processes.
• Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous challenges and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Build business cases and scenario models for high-stakes decisions.

Organizational Effectiveness & Executive Partnership:

• Prepare executive-level updates and progress reporting for leadership review.
• Bridge communication across functions to ensure strategy is understood and operationalized.
• Design and run effective leadership meeting cadences, including strategy and business reviews.
