Senior Manager, Transformation

About the Role:

• Drive strategic change across the business as part of a high-impact Transformation team.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end, engaging directly with senior stakeholders on business integration, systems modernization, and AI application.
• Report to the Chief Transformation Officer and help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to foundational work.

What You'll Do:

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term outcomes.
• Lead the transformation agenda for assigned business functions, partnering with leaders to identify opportunities and define future-state solutions.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models in partnership with internal and external teams.
