Sr. Program Manager, M&A

Program Leadership & Execution:

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic transformation programs, translating business priorities into structured charters and milestones.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive accountability and urgency across cross-functional teams, challenging unproductive patterns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with leaders across Marketing and enterprise functions to align on strategy and drive execution.
• Facilitate working sessions, governance forums, and executive reviews that move work forward.
• Serve as the connective tissue between strategic direction and day-to-day operational execution.

AI-Native Execution:

• Leverage AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Zoom AI Companion) as foundational to planning, execution, and communication.
• Identify manual processes for AI automation, design end-to-end workflows, and measure time savings.
• Coach cross-functional partners and junior PMs on AI-native methodologies and prompt engineering.
